With a strong background in coaching and mindset, Stephen Frost has been able to help many people in his life.
What started out as a simple interest in psychology for Stephen expended over time, and led to his journey through personal development with various techniques including Neuro Linguistic Programming. Stephen made the decision at the beginning of 2005 that he was going to attain his certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming, and within the first five months of that year he had completed both the Practitioner and then Master Practitioner certifications. A process which most people take a couple of years or more to do usually.
Early Life For Stephen Frost
Stephen was born in Australia, and grew up mostly in England where he progressed through the school system to the point of attaining a Masters Degree in Engineering, based on an initial career choice. At the age of 21 Stephen was involved in a life changing accident that closed off the career that he had worked towards for much of his life up until that point.
It was a direct result of that accident, and the mental and emotional repercussions of it, that his interest in psychology came into the fore.
Following challenges in coming to terms with an abrupt and undesired life change, Stephen was introduced to the world of personal development, and found himself drawn heavily to Neuro Linguistic Programming due to the way it enabled positive change and release of negative emotions and limiting beliefs, while at the same time empowering greater ability to create positivity and success.
Focusing On Quality In Business And Service
Stephen began his first business in 2005, focusing on coaching as a way of helping people achieve the results they desired in relationships, business and whatever way they needed a breakthrough to achieve freedom and happiness. The business saw him working with clients worldwide, spending much time in both the United Kingdom in London and various other cities, and Australia where he worked mainly in Sydney.
As a sign of his commitment to helping others he would often create time to talk with those needing advice or help, even when they were unlikely to become clients. His focus always being on service and helping others to achieve greater happiness and fulfillment.
Japan
In 2010 Stephen moved to Osaka in Japan as a lifestyle choice. He has long been interested in Japanese culture and the spiritual side of Japan, and having helped many others achieve their goals and dreams, he knew he had to be doing the same for himself.
While working for a Japanese company, which enabled him to move to Japan to live and work, he continued working on his own projects and spent a great deal of time honing his skill as a writer and making videos as a way of reaching those who desired help in a wider way.
Prior to moving to Japan he had minimal understanding of the language. While others saw this as a major issue, he knew he would be able to learn much faster in country due to the immersion and motivation coming from being on the ground. While there were challenges, due to the minimal English spoken, with a little improvisation, focus, and diligent study, Stephen raised his Japanese relatively quickly to the level where daily living was simple, and even business meetings could be handled. He is still learning, and loving doing so.
In 2016 he married his wife Miyo. Having been approached by various friends and others for help in finding partners the decision was made to start the marriage agency Marriage Matching in 2019.
Stephen has always had a spirit of adventure. Often going off to do things that few consider doing. While living in England and Australia he learned to fly, competed in offshore sailing, and enjoyed seeing things from a side of life that few ever do due to his inquisitiveness and spirit. This spirit is what enabled him to move to Japan with relative ease, and also led him to do things such as climb Mt. Fuji, which he has done four times. It is also in part due to this spirit that he seeks to help others to live their best possible life.

While Stephen Frost spends a great deal of energy developing Marriage Matching, he continually hones his ability as a writer, setting the stage by generating much of the content shared to help both clients and others who are seeking help with relationships and finding their perfect partner.
Stephen continues to conduct the majority of the consultations with potential clients. Stephen spends a large amount of energy on research, understanding better how people can achieve the results they desire more easily, and overcome challenges they have. There is rarely any improvisation involved, things are grounded in systems optimized for results. Though as needed Stephen can improvise as needed, something he has become adept at due to the desire for creating the best results when systems and understanding on newer or less done things is required.
